Everyone’s car wash and waxing steps are different. What are your steps?
With “ WPG Sander LITE Mutifunction Polisher Maching “, you can degrease film from glass, wax the car, and remove iron powder. These steps are completed with one machine.
1. Cool Down Stage
Parking the vehicle in the shade.
And take 20 to 30 minutes to cool down before cleaning.
Waiting for the plate to cool is an important step!
Because the temperature of the disc will be as high as thousands of degrees after the car has been driven for a long time,
If the water is directly flushed or foam is applied at this time, the disc will be deformed instantly due to the temperature difference.
If the engine is too hot, it may also allow the water to dry too quickly to form water spots or crack the paint.
While waiting, you can wash the foot pads or prepare the car wash tools first.
Remind you: To confirm whether the disc is cooled, it is reliable to confirm the roller frame, but do not touch the discs directly to avoid being burned by high temperature!
2. Clean Car Wheels And Rims
Using brushes and quality wheel cleaner to clean the hard-to-reach areas.
4. Two Bucket Car Wash Method
Using two buckets, 1. Wash solution 2. Plain water
- Washing from top down small sections at a time. Lather the wash solution with your mitt.
- Rinsing the mitt often in the water bucket, before taking wash solution to the car.
During the process, if the clean water bucket is too dirty, it is recommended to empty it and replace it with a bucket of clean water.
If the dirt on the surface of the sponge is still not clean after passing through the clean water bucket, it is recommended to replace it with a new sponge to avoid the dirt rubbing against the body during the car washing process, resulting in scratches on the car.
The purpose of washing the car with two buckets of water:
Avoid the dirt attached to the sponge when cleaning the car body from contaminating the water source of the bucket, so that the dirt will continue to adhere to the sponge, causing more and more scratches on the car body!

5. The Decontamination Stage
After the car body is cleaned, in addition to checking with your eyes to see if it is clean, you can also wear thin rubber gloves to touch the board to check for graininess.
If there is still graininess, there is still iron powder residue.
Iron powder is a fine particle produced by the friction between the brake pad and the disc.
When the car is driving, the iron powder hits the paint, causing the iron powder to adhere.
Using an iron dissolver and a tar remover to dissolve ferrous contamination, tar.
Using a clay bar to shave off remaining contamination.
6. Drying Stage
Wash and rinse again. Rinse, and use a microfiber towel to dry it.
Carefully dry the doors and the rear door openings.
Avoid water staying on the car body for a long time, resulting in water stains and water marks, and even the minerals in the water will erode the car paint.
