Pay Attention To Detail

Before waxing, make sure that the car body is really clean after washing!
Sometimes the surface of the car paint is very smooth when touched by hand.
But when you put on (thin) rubber gloves and touch it, you will find that the iron powder particles have not been completely removed!

Therefore, it is recommended that you wear rubber gloves to touch to confirm whether the paint surface is really smooth and grain-free?
If yes! Now for the waxing session!

But if the paint surface is still grainy,
Iron powder remover, magnetic fabric or magnetic clay can be used to remove iron powder from car paint, and then do waxing.

Make sure the car body is clean before waxing. Avoid the foam pad rubbing against the dirt and scratching car paint.

Don't Get Too Much Wax

When waxing, the amount of car wax should not be too much.
Poor car wax has poor extension effect. If the car wax is too thick, it will not only waste the wax, but also cause the burden of waxing!

Plastic Parts And Glass Should Not Be Waxed

When waxing, pay attention to these places to avoid wax: glass and plastic parts such as windows and lights.
Before waxing, you can use painters tape to protect the glass and plastic parts, otherwise it will be difficult to clean the place where the wax is applied!

Use A Cleaning Foam Pad

If you find that the car foam pad becomes very dirty during waxing, you can re-wash the car, or you can use cleaning wax first, and then officially wax.

During the process, when the car foam pad becomes dirty, it should be replaced immediately. Avoid the dirt adsorbed on the  foam pad causing scratches on car paint.

When using car wash gloves, car wash cloths, car wash sponges, microfiber towels, waxing sponges, etc., you must pay special attention to cleaning to avoid damage to the car paint!

Don't Perform In Direct Sunlight

In addition to preparing your own tools, the time for waxing should also be specially selected.
Avoid waxing when it is exposed to the sun, because the high temperature can easily cause the wax to dry out too quickly, and it will be very laborious to wax.
When the weather is cold, you can leave it for a while before waxing.

How to tell when to wipe off the wax?
Run your finger lightly across the wax pattern on the waxed area,
If the wax pattern scratched by your fingers is still in the form of white mist, you can wait for a while before waxing.
If the wax pattern across your fingers is very clear, you can start wiping off the wax!

Do Not Perform In Windy Places

Pay special attention to the place where the car is waxed.
If you apply wax in a windy place, it is easy to cause dust and sand to stick to the car wax, and even scratch the car paint, resulting in scratches!
Wouldn’t that just work for nothing?
